That title sounds like a Midnight Diner title. Well I hope it does, it would be in good company!
But for me it’s just the leftover curry sauce from Friday, plus a bunch of veg from the fridge.
Simple stuff, veg with various Chinese/Japanese sauces and spices, half fry egg and add pre-made rice.
Then add curry sauce to veg, and keep frying the rice to get some colour.
Once done I mix the two up, as it needs to go into boxes to get biked to work.
Talking of which, into boxes and into fridge!
