It’s that time of year when we get to eat stews, and sausage and beans is one of our favourites. Bit of stock veg, cans of beans tomatoes, some stock… easy stuff and add mashed potatoes. Lovely.
So stuff from fridge, few cans of stuff… plus chicken stock. Yeah we’re just less meat here, not full on no honey no cheese no bacon here.
Chop chop chop… season, open cans. This isn’t anything complicated.
Fry veg, add liquid, add paprika… add vegan sausages… bubble away for a while.
And… nom nom nom forgot to take pics. But it’s just the same stew with some mash potato next to it.
