For my birthday meal this year Soph is cooking me osso bucco with risotto milanese. As a bonus she’s also teaching me how to make risotto!

Maybe next year she’ll teach me how to take an in-focus photo!

At least that one is in focus. And more importantly… MMM falling apart veal, with bone marrow in the middle, and perfectly cooked risotto!
