We’ve got some ready-to-wok Singapore noodles in the cupboard… so we’re doing Singapore noodles this week! Soph went to China Town to see Chinese New year celebrations this week, and picked up some frozen prawns, so we’re throwing those in along with all the regular veg we find in the fridge. We’re doing a normal Asian sauce of soy, rice vinegar, sugar, chilli, garlic & ginger, plus a good helping of Chinese curry powder. And… err… that’s it really: quick, easy and healthy!
