Well it needs some quotation marks around the pie part. But yeah: excess garden cooking apples (already frozen two batches of them) mean I need to make pie. Mmm… pie.

Based around a Lo-Dough recipe, but with creme fraiche, and some actual sugar as Soph doesn’t like artificial sweeteners.

But… not in the mood to eat right now (last level of computer game needs winning!). So cooked and in the fridge for weeknight puddings :)
