Apparently this is a 70s dish that’s out of fashion. I know nothing about fashion, and it appears to have lots of pepper and brandy in it, so it’s tonight’s dinner.
So chips, with lots of spicy seasoning.
Oven onions rings… that never get the breadcrumbs properly stuck to them. I think it’s deep fried onion rings or don’t bother in the future…
Frying fillet steaks works better!
Then a pan sauce.
And… tada!
Yeah… this was amazing. Steak was rare, Soph’s dressing for the salad was lovely and spicy, sauce was hot and peppery, chips were crispy, onion rings were… well… baled onion rings with the occasional breadcrumb :)
