I bake sourdough bread so often these days I don’t bother blogging about it. It only gets seen in the background of other meals. So today I thought I’d give it a showing on its own.
This is my standard sourdough sandwich loaf, with added linseeds that work well when toasted. You can see how much it’s risen in the oven form the gap in the middle of the floury parts down the sides.
This loaf will get used up over the weekend, starting with spicy sardines on toast.
