To go with Soph’s veg curry I made some deep-fried bhaji & samosa.
It starts with a toasted spice mix.
Which goes in with frozen veg for the samosa filling.
Then into pastry made with Nigella seeds.
Onion bhaji mix is just onions, gram flour & water – oh plus spices.
And then it’s just frying once Soph’s veg curry is finished.
