Half Marathon Breakfast Rolls

Soph’s off early today to run a half marathon around the Silverstone track!

Despite the early start it’s important to get fuelled for a long race like that, so a leftover baguette from yesterday’s garlic bread is being used to make breakfast rolls with bacon and avocado.

Not really much to show here… I cut the bread and avocado, and butter the bread with salted butter:


Then fry bacon medallions, and serve. All before my first coffee of the day!


Mmm bacon.
