The lime pickle we made a couple of weeks ago is finally ready, so it’s curry time! Soph’s making a lamb curry, I’m doing naan breads, and we’ll serve with huge amounts of lime pickle.
And if that weren’t enough pickle on the side, we’re going to make a spicy mango chutney from this BBC Good Food recipe.
I’m sure there were some delicious smells emanating from your kitchen when you served that curry with all the spicy pickles.
