Sun-dried Tomato Mum’s Rye Sourdough

Mum did a sun-dried tomato rye sourdough this weekend. Just like me she didn’t have enough rye flour… and just like me she’s got the gap at the top!

DSC00784So we’re both going to go for 200g rye flour and only 130g of other flour next week and see how it goes.

Also worth noting: it was hard to slice through the sun-dried tomatoes.
