These fig rolls, adapted from a recipe in Baked & Delicious magazine, are amazing. The sticky figs, the layer of marzipan, the short pastry… mmm! Even the local vicar agrees, as he was on the judging panel for the local bake off run by @patacake_stacie where they won second place!
