The raspberry and white chocolate bread needs using up, so I’m doing a quick bread and butter pudding with it for tonight’s pudding.

Cut off mouldy bits of bread, slice, butter, layer and sugar / dried fruit, add milk/egg mix, shove in oven.

45 minutes later…

And eat!
